By using NeptuneLoan's services and submitting your application, you consent to receive the following documents and communications electronically:
Privacy policies, terms of service, rate disclosures, and any legally required notices.
Loan agreements, promissory notes, payment schedules, and related loan documentation.
Account updates, payment reminders, service notifications, and marketing messages.
Payment confirmations, account statements, transaction history, and receipts.
To access and retain electronic documents, you will need the following:
Computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access
Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+
Adobe Acrobat Reader or compatible PDF viewer
Ability to download and save PDF documents locally
Important: You are responsible for maintaining working hardware, software, and email access. We recommend keeping a valid email address on file and regularly checking for communications.
Electronic documents and communications will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
Documents sent directly to your registered email address, either as attachments or links to secure documents.
Documents posted to your secure account portal on our website, accessible after login.
Short notifications and alerts sent to your registered mobile phone number with links to full documents.
Note: Electronic documents will be deemed delivered when sent to your email address or posted to your account, regardless of whether you actually access them.
You have the right to receive paper copies of any electronic document. To request paper copies:

Fee: We may charge up to $5.00 per document for paper copies to cover printing and mailing costs.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents at any time by contacting us. However, please be aware of the following:
Withdrawal may affect your ability to use our services or complete pending loan applications
Withdrawal does not apply to documents already sent or legally required to be delivered electronically
Withdrawal becomes effective within 10 business days of our receipt of your request
It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current. If your email address or phone number changes, you must notify us promptly to ensure you continue receiving important documents and communications.
