NeptuneLoan is a loan matching service, NOT a lender. We connect consumers with third-party lenders in our network. We do not make credit decisions, determine loan terms, or approve/deny applications.
To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:
By submitting an application, you expressly consent to:
Having your information shared with lenders, marketing partners, and service providers in our network
Being contacted via phone, email, or SMS regarding loan offers and related services
Lenders performing credit checks which may affect your credit score
Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval. Lender decisions are based on their own criteria including credit history, income verification, and other factors.
We make no representations about the interest rates, fees, or terms you may be offered.

Origination Fee
0% - 8%
*Actual rates and terms vary by lender and are based on creditworthiness. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rates.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application
Not submit applications on behalf of others without their explicit consent
Review all loan terms carefully before accepting any offer from a lender
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity
NeptuneLoan provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for:
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
